I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and efficient staff at Khas Tugu Hotel. They made me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to popular attractions. The room, although small, was well-appointed and had enough space for my belongings. I also appreciated the thoughtful addition of prayer mats in the room.

the location was great, with many food options like the popular Lombok Idjo restaurant nearby. We liked that it was close to tourist attractions but still quiet at night. the room design was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. the staff was polite and friendly, and the breakfast had plenty of options. the view from the upper floors was breathtaking, with a beautiful cityscape.
The parking space could be challenging during peak season.

Great value for money with all-you-can-eat dinner and laundry packages. The food from the room service was delicious, the Wi-Fi was efficient, and the staff was polite and friendly. The location was in the city center and there were many food stalls nearby. Plus, the room design was modern, and the bed and bathroom were very comfortable.
The parking lot was limited, and during peak season, it was overloaded. The restaurant was also full, and breakfast had to be taken in the function room with fewer options.

We loved the location of the hotel, which was near to many tourist attractions and restaurants, including the recommended Lombok Idjo Restaurant. The staff were very friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the availability of transportation and parking.

The location of the hotel is simply amazing with a lot of food stalls located nearby, and it's easy to find. the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful too, always putting the guests' needs first. I loved the clean and tidy rooms that were well-maintained, ensuring that everything is in order.
The air conditioning wasn't working well, and it was hot inside the room. the same applied to hot water- it takes time to heat up.
